Eddie Obeng reminds us that Change is the only constant in business. Since the world is changing so fast, what was right before can be completely different now because of technology. I like the example he gives of home offices. When I put in a desk in my home and have computer, I think, wow, this is pretty sweet, I have my own little office. Eddie expands that to say its not just a little office, it is the headquarters of a World Wide organization. We have access to almost the whole globe. We can do so much just in our homes. This is one vision I have with Catalysters, to help the next generation realize their potential. If they wait until college, they may already be behind.
